IN THIS EPISODE
Today’s episode comes with a trigger warning, because we are going to talk all about what happens when the relentless pursuit for growth and self-improvement turns TOXIC.
In this episode, I'm going to be raw and honest with you on how I personally struggled with being unconsciously critical of myself for years, until one experience (*spoiler alert*: it involves a work potluck and brookies) completely made me question how often I was making assumptions about other people’s perceptions of me. And so, in today’s episode, I want to share some things you can reflect on when you’re being extra-critical of yourself, so that you can stop comparing, and start appreciating the positive impact that you’re creating.
