Casey's Bio

Casey Sharperson, known as The Confidence Cultivator™, is a speaker, podcaster, business and brand strategist to women (and a few smart men) desiring clarity and strategy to increase their income and influence. With a background in corporate training, professional development, and digital marketing, she is passionate to see others live out their dreams, profitably. 

Her proprietary systems and the Dream Disciple Academy have become the premiere blueprint for her clients to execute their dreams and stand out in a cluttered marketplace. Named DMV’s Top 30 under 30, she is committed to elevating her clients to reach their biggest dreams with clear, concise actionable plans. 

As the creator and host of the Dream, Build, Repeat podcast, Casey provides personal insight, encouragement, and inspiration for the dreamer on the go. She has conversations with people who are defying the odds and changing their influence on day at a time. Ultimately showing what it looks like to live a life committed to purpose, passion, and impact.

Casey graduated with honors from Claflin University, as a member of The Alice Carson Tisdale Honors College, where she was named Who’s Who in American Colleges & Universities and earned national recognition by being awarded the Cultured Pearls Leadership Award, which was presented at Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated’s National Conference in 2012. As a senior in college, she authored L.E.A.P: A Comprehensive Tool to Market Study Abroad to Minorities, serving as a catalyst for her entrepreneurial work.
